Pursuant to art. 49, paragraph 1, letter h, of the Italian Consumer Code – Legislative Decree 206/2005

Fill in and submit this form only if you wish to withdraw from the purchase contract. The request will be handled by Falpi Srl. After submission, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your withdrawal request.

With this form, you notify your withdrawal from the sales contract relating to the goods indicated below. You may also return only some items from the order.

  • The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days from delivery of the goods.
  • The goods must be returned within 14 days from the withdrawal notice, with shipping costs borne by the customer as indicated on the Shipping and returns page, except in the case of defective, damaged or non-compliant products.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products or products made to the customer’s specific request, in the cases provided for by law.
  • The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the bank details provided. Falpi Srl is not responsible for delays or failed refunds due to incorrect, incomplete or outdated data.
